Troubleshoot quickly and keep logging.

This page provides common questions, self-check steps, usage guidance, and a support request path.

A

Start Tracking

Choose an activity from Quick Start on the home screen. If no activity appears, create one in activity management and make sure it is not archived.

B

Watch Sync

Make sure the iPhone app is open, the Apple Watch app is installed, and refresh from the watch app. If status changes are delayed, keep both apps visible and try again.

C

Widget Status

Widget display depends on the system refresh mechanism. If the status does not change immediately, open the main app to refresh the local summary.

Common Questions

Why does Apple Watch not show activities?

The watch shows the same activities as Quick Start on iPhone. Confirm that unarchived activities exist and that favorites are prioritized.

Why do records look different?

Differences may relate to pause and resume actions, manual edits, day splitting, system sync, or device state. Open the main app and review the timeline and statistics again.

How should I protect my data?

Use export or backup features for important records. Exported files may contain personal records, so manage them carefully.

How can I reduce accidental actions?

Before stopping, pausing, or resuming, check the name of the current running activity. If a record is inaccurate, adjust it from the timeline.

Basic Checks

  • Make sure required permissions are not disabled by the system.
  • Make sure the device and app are in a normal running state.
  • Make sure activities you want to see are not archived.
  • If display looks incorrect, reopen the main app and check again.
