ChronoLedger is a local-first personal logging tool. Activities, projects, tags, tracking records, goals, and settings created in the app are primarily stored on your device to provide logging, review, insights, export, and related features.
What We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect personal records for advertising tracking.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not require an account for basic logging features.
System Permissions
The app may request system permissions for features you choose to enable, such as notifications, calendar access, Apple Watch sync, widgets, or local file access. You can manage these permissions in system settings. Turning off a permission may affect the related feature.
Apple Watch and Widgets
To show active tracking on Apple Watch, widgets, or system shortcuts, the app may store necessary summary information in the shared app group. This information is used for display and actions across app extensions.
Backup, Export, and Import
When you use export, backup, or import features, related files are created, selected, or managed by you. Please store exported files carefully and avoid sharing files that include personal records with untrusted parties.

ChronoLedger provides personal time logging, organization, and analysis features, but it does not provide medical, legal, financial, career, or other professional advice. Statistics, goals, and trends in the app are for personal reference only and may not fit every situation.
Record differences, unavailable features, or data loss may occur due to device state, system permissions, sync latency, user actions, migration, or changes in third-party systems. Users should keep their own backups and verify important information.
Children
The app is intended for users who can independently manage personal records. Minors should use it with guidance from a guardian.
