Check notification permission, Focus settings, Do Not Disturb, low power state, and notification style. Confirm the reminder is not completed and remains active.
When a reminder has fired but is not completed, it appears as due. This means it is waiting for completion, snooze, or editing rather than indicating a malfunction.
Timers support start, pause, resume, reset, edit, and delete. Editing the duration resets that timer to avoid conflicts between old notifications and new settings.
Widget refresh is managed by the system. Opening the app, changing reminders, or waiting for system refresh allows the widget to read shared data and update.
When you complete or snooze a reminder on Apple Watch, it attempts to notify iPhone to reschedule local notifications. If iPhone is temporarily unreachable, the system may deliver the sync request later.
Backup files use JSON. Before restoring, make sure the file comes from a trusted source. If duplicates are found, choose replace or skip based on the prompt.
