The app provides local reminders, persistent nudging, timers, widgets, stats, backup, and restore features as a productivity aid. Availability may depend on device state, system version, permissions, and system policies.

User Responsibility

• You are responsible for confirming reminder content, trigger settings, and timer configurations.
• You are responsible for maintaining device power, system permission, and notification settings.
• You may not use the app for unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive purposes.

Important Limits

The app cannot guarantee that any reminder or notification will always be delivered, nor can it guarantee identical behavior across all system environments. The system may pause, merge, delay, or cancel notifications.

Purchases & Features

If paid or unlocked features are offered, actual availability is determined by the in-app presentation and App Store rules. Purchases, refunds, and family sharing are governed by Apple policies.

Intellectual Property

The app name, interface, icon, copy, and related design are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them in a way that confuses source or ownership without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the app. You should maintain additional safeguards for critical matters.

Changes to Terms

Terms may be adjusted to reflect product features, platform rules, or compliance needs. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
