The app is provided on an “as is” basis without express or implied warranty regarding fitness for a particular purpose, completeness, continuous availability, or full real-time accuracy of all included data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect loss, incidental loss, data loss, business loss, service disputes, or field operation consequences arising from use or inability to use the app.
If the user violates these terms, the applicable license may be suspended or terminated. Sections concerning responsibility limits, intellectual property, and usage boundaries survive such termination.
