By using Debate Timer: RoundLog, you understand and agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app.

License and Purchase

The app is intended for single purchase use. Purchases, downloads, refunds, and family sharing are handled by the App Store and your Apple account rules.

You receive a license to use the app on personal or organizational devices, not ownership of the source code, brand, or assets.
You may not reverse engineer, crack, bypass payment mechanisms, mass copy, or distribute the app without authorization.
The app name, interface design, icon, and copy are protected by applicable intellectual property rules.

Proper Use

You should use the app lawfully, reasonably, and in line with event rules.

Do not use the app to record, export, or distribute unlawful, infringing, harassing, discriminatory, or malicious content.
If an event has specific requirements for devices, timing methods, display, records, or data retention, official event requirements prevail.
You are responsible for verifying custom formats, stage durations, bell alerts, and report content before use.

Local Data Responsibility

Because the app primarily stores data locally, you are responsible for managing data on your device.

Confirm risks before clearing data, deleting the app, importing backups, or overwriting data.
Export reports or backups for important records and keep them secure.
If a device is lost, the system is damaged, storage fails, or data is deleted by the user, recovery may not be possible.

Feature Availability

The app aims to provide a reliable offline timing experience, but device models, system settings, and room environments may affect some functions.

Sound, haptics, display, external screen behavior, and local remote features may depend on system permissions, hardware support, or connection conditions.
Report export, file saving, and sharing depend on system file and sharing capabilities.
