Technical Support

This page provides self-service guidance and troubleshooting for use as the App Store support page.

Getting Started

How do I run a quick round?

Choose direct timing on the home screen. The timer opens with a practical default format. Use settings on the timer screen to adjust stages and durations when needed.

How do I prepare a match?

Create a match project from the home screen, then fill in the title, motion, teams, judges, and format. Save it and open the project when the room is ready.

Where are records stored?

Open Match Records to review quick rounds and project rounds. Records include stage usage, pauses, switches, resets, and prep usage.

How do I export a report?

Use Export PDF from the report or project page. The system will show a save location, then create the report file after you confirm.

Common Issues

  • No bell sound: check device volume, silent mode, system sound settings, and the in-app sound switch.
  • Weak haptics: confirm that the device supports haptic feedback and that the in-app haptic switch is enabled.
  • Display issues: check system screen sharing, external device connection, and orientation.
  • Export fails: confirm the selected save location is available and do not leave the system file panel before completing the action.
  • Import fails: choose a backup file exported by this app and follow the overwrite or skip prompt.

Language and Appearance

The app supports system language, Chinese, and English. It also supports system appearance, light appearance, and dark appearance. Changes apply in the app immediately without restarting.

Official Round Checklist

Before formal use, verify the format template, stage order, prep settings, bell alerts, device power, and display environment. The app is a timing assistant, while event rules and results follow official room requirements.
