Local Data Principle

The app is designed to run offline. It does not require an account, login, or a proprietary backend server.

• Projects, motions, teams, judges, formats, custom practice modes, and match records are stored locally on your device by default.
• Exported PDF reports and backup files are saved, moved, shared, or deleted by you.
• The app does not actively upload, sell, or share your local match data.

System Capabilities

The app may use system features for sharing, file saving, language, appearance, sound, haptics, and local device discovery to support timing, export, and display functions.

• When you use system sharing or file saving, handling after export depends on the destination app or location you choose.
• If local remote or display-related features are used, device discovery and connection are provided by system capabilities. The app does not send match content to a proprietary server.
• If system permissions or capabilities are disabled, related features may not be available.

Backup and Import

You can export and import local data backups within the app. Backup files may include projects, formats, practice modes, and match records.

• Keep backup files secure, especially when they contain sensitive motions or team information.
• When importing data with matching items, follow the in-app prompt to overwrite or skip.
• Deleting the app, clearing data, or deleting backup files may make data unrecoverable.

Disclaimer

• Rules vary across tournaments, schools, classrooms, and organizations. Verify official rules before use and adjust formats as needed.
• The app does not determine results, scores, wins, advancement, or judging decisions.
• Users are responsible for evaluating issues caused by rule interpretation, device power, system settings, silent mode, operation mistakes, local network conditions, or display environments.
• For official rounds, human verification of procedure and records is recommended.
