By downloading, installing, or using the ActHab application (the "App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this App.

• Terms take effect from your first use of the app
• Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of any term updates

2. App Description

2.1 Main Features

• Data Analysis: View habit completion and trends
• AI Suggestions: Smart analysis and recommendations based on local data
• Widgets: iOS home screen widget support
• Data Export: Export personal data (Premium feature)
• Cloud Sync: Sync across devices via iCloud (Premium feature)

2.2 Technical Features

• 100% local data storage to protect user privacy
• Offline operation without network connection required
• Local AI processing without sending data to external servers
• Support for latest iOS system features

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

3.1 Account Requirements

• No account creation required to use the app
• Valid Apple ID required for premium subscription
• You must be at least 4 years old to use this app
• Users aged 4-18 require parental or guardian consent

3.2 User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to crack, modify, or reverse engineer the app
• Not interfere with the app's normal operation
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Be responsible for data security on your device

3.3 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the app for illegal activities
• Attempt to obtain the app's source code
• Create derivative works of the app
• Remove or modify copyright notices in the app
• Use technical means to bypass paid feature restrictions

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 App Ownership

The ActHab app and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by HQCanCore Studio and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 User Data Ownership

• You retain ownership of habit data you create
• We claim no rights to your personal data
• You may export or delete your data at any time

4.3 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app, limited to:

• Installing and using on iOS devices you own
• Using features as designed by the app
• Complying with these Terms of Service

5. Subscription Services

5.1 Subscription Types

We offer the following subscription services:

• Free Version: Basic features, permanently free
• Premium Annual Subscription: Full features, $19.9/year (China ¥128/year)

5.2 Subscription Management

• Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store
• Auto-renewal, can be canceled at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of current period
• Detailed terms available in Subscription Agreement

5.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices, but will:

• Notify existing users at least 30 days in advance
• Keep current subscription prices unchanged during current period
• Provide users opportunity to cancel subscription

6. Disclaimers

6.1 Service Availability

• We strive to ensure stable app operation
• Service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, updates, etc.
• Not liable for losses caused by service interruptions

6.2 Data Security

• While using encrypted storage, absolute security cannot be guaranteed
• Users should regularly backup important data
• Users should protect their device security

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Damage Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Data loss or corruption
• Device damage
• Business interruption or profit loss
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7.2 Compensation Cap

If we are found liable, compensation shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the past 12 months.

8. Term Changes & Termination

8.1 Term Modifications

• We may update these terms from time to time
• Major changes will be notified through the app or website
• Continued use indicates acceptance of new terms

8.2 Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service in the following cases:

• User violation of Terms of Service
• Technical or business reasons requiring service cessation
• Legal requirements

8.3 Termination Consequences

• You will lose the right to use the app
• Local data remains on your device
• Paid fees are non-refundable (unless required by law)

9. Governing Law

9.1 Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9.2 Dispute Resolution

• Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation
• If negotiation fails, submit to competent People's Court
• Partial invalidity of terms does not affect validity of other parts
