Q: How to subscribe to Premium?
A: Tap "Upgrade to Premium" in the app, select annual subscription plan, and complete purchase through Apple ID.
Q: How to cancel subscription?
A: Go to iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, find ActHab, select cancel subscription. Must cancel at least 24 hours before current period ends.
Q: Can I request a refund?
A: Yes, through Apple's refund system. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and find the relevant purchase record to request refund.
Q: What are the subscription prices?
A: US users: $19.9/year, China users: ¥128/year. Other regions' prices are automatically converted by Apple based on exchange rates.

Q: How to create a new habit?
A: Tap the "+" button on main screen, enter habit name, choose icon and color, set reminder time, then tap save.
Q: Will my data be lost?
A: All data is stored locally on your device with AES-256 encryption. Premium users can enable iCloud sync for backup.
Q: How to use AI analysis feature?
A: AI analysis is a Premium feature that automatically generates analysis reports and improvement suggestions based on your habit completion. View in statistics page.
Q: How to add widgets?
A: Long press iPhone home screen blank area, tap "+" in top left, search "ActHab", select appropriate widget size to add.

Q: What to do if app crashes or won't start?
A: Please try these steps:
- Force close app and reopen
- Restart device
- Check for app updates
- Contact technical support if issue persists
Q: Data sync not working?
A: Please check:
- Are you a Premium user?
- Are you signed into iCloud account?
- Is iCloud sync enabled in settings?
- Is network connection working?
Q: Which iOS versions are supported?
A: ActHab requires iOS 15.0 or later. We recommend using the latest iOS version for best experience.
2.4 Account and Data Issues
Q: How to export my data?
A: Premium users can go to Settings → Data Management → Export Data, choose export format (JSON or CSV).
Q: How to delete all data?
A: Go to Settings → Data Management → Reset Data, confirm to delete all habit records. This action cannot be undone.
Q: How to restore data after changing devices?
A: If iCloud sync was enabled, sign in with same Apple ID on new device to automatically restore. Otherwise data cannot be transferred.
