Subscription Overview
ActHab Premium uses an auto-renewable subscription model to provide you with complete premium feature experience. Please carefully read the following subscription terms.
1. Subscription Service Overview
Premium Subscription Service
ActHab Premium annual subscription provides you with complete app functionality, including unlimited habit tracking, AI smart analysis, data export, iCloud sync, and other premium features.

2. Subscription Purchase & Payment
2.1 Purchase Process
- Tap "Upgrade to Premium" in the app
- Select annual subscription plan
- Confirm purchase with Apple ID
- Verify with Face ID, Touch ID, or password
- Subscription takes effect immediately, enjoy premium features
2.2 Payment Methods
- All subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store
- Supports all payment methods linked to your Apple ID
- Including credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, gift cards, etc.
- Charges will be deducted from your Apple ID account
2.3 Pricing Details
- US Users: $19.9/year (excluding tax, tax handled by Apple)
- China Users: ¥128/year (including tax)
- Other Regions: Prices automatically converted by Apple based on exchange rates
- Price Display: Exact local price shown before purchase
3. Auto-Renewal
Important Notice:
- Subscription will auto-renew unless you cancel
- Renewal occurs within 24 hours before current subscription period ends
- Renewal fee will be automatically charged to your Apple ID account
3.1 Renewal Mechanism
- Auto-renewal 24 hours before subscription period ends
- Subscription period extends 12 months after successful renewal
- Renewal price based on current subscription price at time of renewal
- Failed renewal notifications sent with 24-hour grace period
3.2 Renewal Notifications
- Apple reminder notifications before renewal
- Confirmation email after successful renewal
- Subscription status viewable in Apple ID settings
4. Canceling Subscription
4.1 Cancellation Methods
You can cancel your subscription through:
- Open iOS Settings app
- Tap your Apple ID (top personal info)
- Select "Subscriptions"
- Find "ActHab" and tap
- Select "Cancel Subscription" and confirm
Or through App Store app:
- Open App Store app
- Tap profile icon in top right
- Select "Subscriptions"
- Find "ActHab" and manage subscription
- Select "Cancel Subscription"
4.2 Cancellation Timing Requirements
Important Notice:
- Must cancel at least 24 hours before current subscription period ends
- Subscription stops when current period ends after cancellation
- You can still use premium features until current period ends after cancellation
4.3 Cancellation Consequences
- Lose premium feature access when current subscription period ends
- Data remains on device and won't be lost
- Can resubscribe anytime to restore premium features
- May need to reconfigure certain settings when resubscribing
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Refund Channel
All refund requests must be processed through Apple App Store:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find ActHab subscription purchase record
- Select "Request Refund" and provide reason
5.2 Refund Conditions
Refund requests must comply with Apple's refund policy:
- Technical issues preventing normal use
- Accidental or unauthorized purchases
- App functionality significantly different from description
- Other situations complying with Apple's refund policy
5.3 Refund Processing
- Processing Time: Usually 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Returned to original payment method
- Refund Impact: Immediate loss of premium feature access upon approval
- Data Retention: Local data not deleted due to refund
6. Subscription Management
6.1 Viewing Subscription Status
You can view subscription status through:
- In-app: Settings → Subscription Status
- iOS Settings: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- App Store: Profile → Subscriptions
6.2 Subscription Information Includes
- Current subscription status (Active/Canceled/Expired)
- Subscription start and end dates
- Next renewal date and amount
- Subscription history
6.3 Multi-device Sync
- Subscription status syncs across all devices using same Apple ID
- Sign in with same Apple ID on new device to restore subscription
- Cross-Apple ID subscription sharing not supported
7. Price Changes
7.1 Price Change Notifications
If subscription prices change:
- We will notify you at least 30 days in advance
- Notification methods include in-app notifications, email, etc.
- Current subscription prices remain unchanged during current period
- New prices apply at renewal
7.2 Price Change Rights
- You can cancel subscription before price change
- After cancellation, continue using premium features until current period ends
- If not canceled, renewal will automatically charge new price
8. Service Availability
8.1 Service Guarantee
- We guarantee continuous availability of subscription services
- Technical issues will be fixed as soon as possible
- Major service interruptions will result in corresponding subscription period extension
- Permanent service cessation will be notified in advance with refund processing
8.2 Maintenance Notifications
- Scheduled maintenance will be notified to users in advance
- Emergency maintenance notifications will be published as soon as possible
- Some features may be affected during maintenance
