Use the guide below to set up projects, records, settlements, backups, and restore flows.
Open Projects, create your work project, then choose a pay type and color.
Open Wage Rules and configure hourly rate, daily rate, piece unit price, standard hours, overtime rate, and break handling.
Select project, worker, date, start, end, and break minutes. The app calculates the amount based on your rule.
Open Time Clock, choose a project, and start tracking. When you clock out, the app creates a work record automatically. If the running duration looks unusually long, confirm whether you forgot to clock out earlier.
The Settlement page summarizes unsettled records within the selected date range. Creating a settlement applies the paid amount to records. Manually marking one record as settled does not create a settlement order.
Open Export & Backup from the Data section in Settings. JSON is for full backup and transfer. CSV is for spreadsheet review. Save exported files to a safe place you choose.
When importing a JSON backup, new data is added automatically. If the backup contains items that already exist on the device, the app asks whether to replace matching data or skip matching data.
If you need to view the app in a public place, hide amounts from Settings or the home screen. The overview card displays a locked state while amounts are hidden.
Settings can enable a local reminder to review unsettled pay and export backups. If notification permission is blocked by the system, allow notifications in system settings.
