Privacy Policy · Disclaimer

Your work and wage data stays on your device by default.

This page explains how Timesheet Wage Tracker handles local data and the limits of calculation results and exported files.

Privacy Policy

Timesheet Wage Tracker does not require account registration, does not provide server sync, does not use advertising SDKs, does not use third-party analytics SDKs, and does not actively upload your work hours, wages, workers, projects, rules, settlements, or notes.

Local Data

Data you enter in the app is stored on the current device by default. Deleting the app, clearing data, changing devices, or device failure may make local data unrecoverable. Export backups and store them safely when needed.

Export and Sharing

When you choose to export JSON backups or CSV records and save or share files through the system share sheet, you choose and are responsible for the destination, recipient, and later handling of those files.

Notifications

The app may use local system notifications to remind you to review unsettled pay and export backups. Notifications are triggered locally on the device and do not indicate data upload or server push.

Disclaimer

This app is intended only for recording work hours, wages, overtime, piece-rate work, and settlements for personal or team reference. Calculation results are for reference only and do not constitute legal, labor, HR, financial, tax, or payroll advice.

User Responsibility

Wage rules, overtime rates, allowances, deductions, attendance cycles, and settlement methods are configured by the user. Rules may vary by region, industry, company policy, employment contract, and actual payment practice. The app does not guarantee that results will match any third-party final settlement.

Data and Result Review

Users are responsible for verifying all input data. The developer is not responsible for data loss, wage discrepancies, disputes, or consequences caused by incorrect input, incorrect rule settings, device failure, accidental deletion, lack of backup, or other reasons.

Exported File Nature

Exported CSV records, JSON backups, and settlement summaries are for record-keeping and verification reference only. They should not be regarded as official payslips, employment contracts, accounting documents, or legal evidence.
