By downloading, installing, or using TilePlanner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms of Use.

Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App

Calculations and Accuracy

The App provides tile calculation estimates based on the information you provide. While we strive for accuracy:

• Calculations are estimates and should be verified before making purchases
• We are not responsible for any errors in calculations or resulting material shortages or overages
• Always consult with professional contractors for critical projects
• Measure your space carefully and double-check all inputs

In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases for Pro features:

• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
• Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law
• Pro features are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on your devices
• Prices are subject to change without notice

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TilePlanner and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of calculations

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TilePlanner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any errors or inaccuracies in calculations
• Any material shortages or overages based on App calculations
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Use.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
