Service Description

SmartMem is an intelligent memory assistant application designed to help users improve learning efficiency and memory capabilities. We provide the following services:

  • Scientific algorithm-based memory training
  • Learning progress tracking and statistics
  • Cross-device data synchronization through iCloud
  • Personalized learning experience

No Account Required

SmartMem is a completely local application that does not require account creation to use all features. All your data is stored on your device and backed up and synchronized through the iOS system's iCloud.

Usage Rules

When using our service, you agree not to:

  • Engage in any illegal activities
  • Damage or interfere with our service
  • Reverse engineer or decompile our software
  • Send spam or malicious content
  • Violate any applicable laws and regulations

Content and Intellectual Property

Ownership

SmartMem and all its content, features, and characteristics are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload to our service. By using our service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide the service.

Paid Services and Pricing

SmartMem offers the following paid subscription service:

Subscription Plan

  • Annual Subscription: ¥128/year ($19.9/year)

Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, with price changes taking effect in the next billing cycle
  • Prices may vary by region, subject to App Store display in local currency
  • All payments and subscription management are handled entirely by Apple

Service Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for any reason at any time. You may also stop using our service and delete your local data at any time.

Disclaimer

Our service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes should be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, they should be submitted to a people's court with jurisdiction.
