Subscription Service Overview
SmartMem offers a basic free version and premium annual subscription service. This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for the annual subscription service. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by this agreement.

Premium annual subscription includes the following features:

- Intelligent review reminder system
- iCloud automatic backup and sync

Annual Subscription
¥128/year ($19.9/year)
Billed annually, enjoy all premium features

Free Version
SmartMem provides a fully functional free version that you can use indefinitely with basic features. Annual subscription unlocks more advanced features and personalization options.
Payment and Billing
Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not directly handle any payment information.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refund Policy
Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policy. Generally, all sales are final, but you may request a refund from Apple under certain circumstances.
Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription features, pricing, or terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated in advance, and changes will take effect in the next billing cycle.
Service Availability
We strive to provide continuous service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
Data and Privacy
Your subscription does not change our privacy practices. We still do not collect any personal information. All your data remains stored locally on your device and backed up through iCloud.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for subscription services is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes should be resolved through friendly consultation first.
Agreement Changes
We may update this agreement from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications. Continued use of subscription services indicates acceptance of the revised agreement.
