Ask a question or report an issue
For help, open the support request page and include your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, app version, steps to reproduce, screenshots, and related project inputs when applicable. Please do not include private or sensitive business data.
Is it normal to see no projects after installing?
Yes. The app does not include sample projects. Open the home page, create a project, enter a project title, then add materials.
What if the result does not appear when adding material?
Check that all required dimensions and quantity are filled in, and confirm the values are greater than zero. Waste rate and tax rate can be left blank and will be treated as zero.
How do I choose units?
Length, width, thickness, and related parameters can use the unit selector next to the input field. The app converts values for calculation and displays weight and amount in the result area.
Why are quote title and quote number blank by default?
This avoids misleading documents. Fill in quote title, quote number, customer, fees, and terms according to your own business context.
How do I export a project?
Open a project to export a PDF quote or CSV list. Open settings to export a JSON backup or restore from a JSON backup.
Where are language and appearance settings?
Open settings to choose system language, Chinese, or English. Appearance can use system, light, or dark mode. The page updates directly after selection.
Usage Notes
Before formal quoting, purchasing, construction, or acceptance work, check drawings, material grade, supplier data, units, waste, and tax settings. For important projects, export a backup file and store it safely.
