Technical Support

This page gives self-service guidance for opening archives, creating ZIP files, using the private vault, and handling common problems.

Offline help

No account and no contact flow are needed; the page itself is the support guide.

Open archives

If an archive will not open

  • Check that the password is correct.
  • Make sure all split parts are present.
  • Try UTF-8, GBK, or GB18030 if filename encoding looks wrong.
  • Check whether the file is damaged and whether enough storage is available.
Create ZIP

If ZIP creation fails

  • Make sure the files or folders were selected.
  • Check that the archive name is valid and the destination can be written.
  • Review password and split settings if those options are enabled.
  • When an overwrite prompt appears, choose to replace or keep as needed.
Private vault
  • On first entry, set a password or use Face ID.
  • Files can be viewed inside the vault, and exporting them to the local file system may require verification again.
  • If the password is forgotten, encrypted content is usually not recoverable.
Preview and tools
  • Image, PDF, text, audio, video, and common document previews are supported.
  • The tools page is suited for image to PDF, HEIC to JPG, SHA-256, and batch rename.
  • If nothing appears after import, check whether file access permission has been granted.
Common limits
  • Damaged archives are not always repairable.
  • Wrong passwords, bad encodings, or missing split parts can cause failure.
  • Some formats are preview-only and are not meant for repackaging.
