Notifications do not appear
- Confirm that system notification permission is enabled.
- Confirm that the event has a reminder set.
- Check Focus mode, power mode, and system notification settings.
Widget does not show the latest days
- Open the app and enter the Home page so the widget snapshot refreshes.
- Private and archived events are not shown in widgets.
- Re-adding the widget can clear system cache.
How to back up data
- Open Backup & Restore in Settings.
- Choose Full ZIP Backup or Encrypted Backup.
- Save the exported file somewhere safe.
How to restore data
- Choose a Full ZIP, encrypted backup, or legacy JSON file.
- Encrypted backups require the restore password first.
- Restore only adds data missing on this device and does not overwrite existing data.
Private space
Private events can be protected with a local passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID. Keep your local passcode safe; biometric unlock is provided by the system.
