Data storage
Countdown Days is an offline app. Important days, memories, categories, settings, and local photos are stored on your device by default. The app does not require an account or server for core features.
Backup and export
When you use the backup feature, the app creates a local backup file on your device. You decide where to store, move, or delete that file. Encrypted backups require the password you set.
System permissions
- Notifications are used for local reminders.
- Photo access is used for backgrounds, posters, and memory photos.
- Face ID or Touch ID is used for local unlock and private space.

- Dates, countdowns, lunar conversion, reminders, and date calculations are for reference only.
- Verify important plans yourself and use other reliable confirmation methods.
- Reminders may be affected by system permissions, device settings, power mode, and user actions.
- Data is stored locally by default. Keep backups to reduce the risk of data loss caused by device loss, damage, or uninstalling.
